These pictures are really awesome! How do you find stuff like this? : ) My favorite builing was Kariye Camii (Church of the Savior) in Turkey. It had a lot of the features that we learned about in class. For example, it had a "boring" and "plain" outside, and a very intricate inside.
This site is pretty cool! It's amazing to look at the 360 views... it's almost like you're really there looking around. There is a lot of detail shown to all the different sites both inside and out. Great! :)

This website is amazing! I didn't have time to check everything out, but with the high resolution, it does feel as though you are there. This would be a good way to see many historical places from around the world and make you feel like you have traveled there, just without the cost. I, like others, when I have some spare time will have to sit down and explore the website a little more.
I really love the church in Istanbul, its so beautiful. Its crazy to think how long it took to make those churches what they are today. Its just amazing.
Wow, incredible, the rooms are so vivid and full of real details, you really can feel like if you were there, for some moments I thought I could move my mouse like I was walking there ^_^, the Istambul church is full of history and beautiful art.
The exterior clerestory from Amiens Cathedral is amazing. If I ever travel to France I am going to bring some climbing gear to scale the buildings at night or something. Find a nice perch to enjoy the view. Speaking of heights, the vaults of the nave inside are 42.30 m high, the tallest nave vaults in France.
I would have to agree that these are really amazing! It's funny in one of them if you look all the way down you see two transparent feet. It's really nice that you can see these great buildings online because a lot of people may never get the chance to go and see them in person. I never knew they had sites like that online.
The site didn't work for me earlier...not it is. It's really cool to see all of the detail. The site is really cool with the interaction it gives for the viewer. It makes the art in the builidings seem much more real.
im on the ancient roman forum 5 VR tour and its crazy as to how close you can zoom on the arch!! who needs to travel when you can see these masterpieces like this right from you r computer! CRAZY! heres a little bit more information on the one that im looking at anyway:
